The GTCNI is committed to providing the highest standard of service to teachers and other stakeholders. Our aim is to get things right first time.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please tell us and we will do our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The GTCNI Complaints Procedure explains how you can make a complaint about the quality of our services.

Our Complaints Procedure is about the service provided by GTCNI. It does not cover appeals relating to decisions on the approval of qualifications, or complaints against a registered teacher in relation to misconduct.
